3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on destination, weight, and carrier.
Free shipping is not offered.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, if supported by the carrier.

6. Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
These charges vary by country and are not covered by Sniffler.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.
8. Damaged Shipments
