Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. These cancellation terms explain how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries according to the duration and frequency you selected.
Your payment details are stored securely. Each delivery will be billed unless you have prepaid for the subscription.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term.

If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel it.
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time.
Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order, where you can manage your subscription.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet available or temporarily out of stock.
At checkout, we may either charge you immediately, partially charge you, or securely store your payment method to collect the full or remaining payment at a later date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled.
Once the order has been fulfilled, you can no longer cancel it, but you may request a full or partial refund.

Try Before You Buy

When you order an item to try before purchasing, we authorize your payment method before processing the order.
You have a set period of time to decide whether you want to keep the item.
If the trial period expires and the item has not been returned, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
