Shipping policy

All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. We ship from Germany.

Delivery times

• Germany: 2–5 business days
• EU countries: 4–10 business days
• Worldwide: 10–21 business days

These times are guidance values from dispatch and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on destination, weight and carrier. The final amount is shown to you before you complete your order.

Carriers

Depending on destination we ship with DHL, Deutsche Post, UPS and FedEx.

Tracking

Where available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Customs & import charges

For shipments outside the EU, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply. These are borne by the recipient.

Transport damage

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery – ideally with photos – at info@sniffler.shop. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
